At Masterline, the following evaluation tools are used to accurately assess individuals’ knowledge, skills, and competencies during the recruitment process:

In order to help new employees quickly adapt, an orientation and onboarding training program is organized. The program content includes: introduction to our company, vision, mission, values and goals, organizational and hierarchical structure, procedures, employee and company rights, and position-specific information and briefings.
